    AP Aviation seeks tenders and negotiates contracts with Maintenance Organizations and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) on behalf of clients. AP Aviation reviews and re-negotiates contracts at agreed intervals, to ensure the contracts remain in compliance with the clients changing requirements. A full review for compliance with EASA/FAA Regulations is carried out – including the correct technical wording of the contract. With the extensive and up-to-date market experience held by AP Aviation, the client is assured of achieving an attractive contract.
    Warranty claims and administration can be a source of revenue, but even so, they can often be neglected. AP Aviation is in a position to manage warranty claims, addressing all issues with the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul organization (MRO) or OEM to benefit the client.
